db-sync partially does this, we need to get sources for all packages in Parabola (e.g. not only the ones from Arch).

Additionally, reports of sources missing (e.g. when fetch fails: this is common when building packages) should be sent to the maintenance list.  A script checking for which packages the sources aren't available yet will help with this issue.
