[Dev] Signature Problem

Hello developers, 

The package, "pacman-mirrorlist-libre," cannot
be installed because it's signature is not trusted. It is signed someone
named Arelian DESBRIERES. Until this is fixed new users cannot install
Parabola, so this is kind of urgent.
