[Dev] PKGBUILDs for blacklisted packages in abslibre-mips64el

Hello.

Why has commit 5dd7ed82e788ebad2e920e0f2db7468cc6547cfe introduced
PKGBUILDs for all blacklisted packages into abslibre-pre-mips64el (and
abslibre-mips64el)?

This change has three problems:

- many PKGBUILDs are added that shouldn't be used, confusing users and
  scripts

- more merge conflicts (some were deleted from abslibre-mips64el after
  blacklisting)

- some of this software is nonfree, abslibre-mips64el recommends it and
  makes installing it easier

Why don't we use Parabola's abs tree to make abslibre-pre-mips64el?  It
doesn't have these problems.
