abslibre and abslibre-pre-mips64el are working again :)

i also merged a few changes i made to hackers.git (for instance, the
hability to create repos in subdirectories: ssh git at parabolagnulinux.org
create-bare-repo abslibre/abslibre-pre-mips64el)
