[Dev] Packages seems not uploaded to our repository (anything wrong with libretools?)

You see! But, that start happen since the first time I tried to update
owncloud-client (and its dependencies), so I did ```librestage pcr```
and ```librerelease``` a couple of times. I'll be deleting ocsync
though.
Oh, and about what mirrors I'm using for pacman, well, I'm using no
mirrors!

It is weird that after running librerelease I don't have the packages
uploaded available to install on my computer through ```pacman -S```
