Upstream issue https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/8810.  Solution: link it with libboost_atomic (easy) or implement MIPS-specific code for atomics (harder).

Reporting here since it prevents the update of libkolabxml, kdepim-runtime, kdebase-workspace and many other KDE packages.
