[Dev] GIMP is not libre (GIMP-LIBRE soon)

Hi guys, yesterday gimp 2.8 was released and include a splash screen
that doesn't respect our freedom

So my father and coadde created a new libre splash screen under the
Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported license (CC-BY-SA).

So in some hours will have gimp-libre with libre splash screen ;)
