[Dev] News about linux-libre-xen on the next version

Hi parabolers, linux-libre-xen in this new version (3.3) is not
necessary for x86_64, because linux-libre supports xen on this
arquitecture. So, i will build it only for i686 to the next version.
Release of this package will be soon.
