[Dev] Server updates + email needs attention

repo server update log. i ignored postfix for now though it's just a
pkgrel change.

could the email server configuration be documented on the wiki? it will
be interesting to have a working guide... the several guides on archwiki
never worked for me and they're quite unexplained.
