i think archarm only has a web forum and IRC channel - i
reported a bug on the forum once; but no one replied - i usually
ask people in the IRC channel about problems - those are
probably only users - i dont think that i ever reached a
maintainer directly

from what i can tell, the maintainers do not communicate very
much with the community - for example, the one nickname that i
can associate with a team member, posted to the forum most
recently on Dec 12, 2021, for a total of 3 messages since 2018 -
there may only that one team member - the website makes no
mention of who the team members are
