[Assist] texlive-lang metapackage won't install properly

Hello everyone,

Don't know how monitored this mailing list is, but I'm having an issue 
installing the texlive-lang metapackage. texlive-most installs just 
fine, but the package texlive-langcyrillic in texlive-lang has files 
that conflict with texlive-bin, so the installation fails. I'll attach 
the pacman output to this email.

To cause the error, just sudo pacman -S texlive-lang and it should break 
(with or without texlive-most installed).

I think it's a bug in the texlive-cyrillic package. It looks like the 
conflicting files are man pages, so it seems like it wouldn't be too 
difficult to fix. I tried to make an issue report on the tracker, but it 
keeps erroring out about my account being too new and my post having too 
many non-dictionary characters, even when I put my pacman output in an 
attached .txt file. So, I thought I might try here instead.

It's also possible I'm just being dumb and this is user error; if so 
please tell me how to fix it!
