[Assist] opensysusers and systemd are in conflict

should be: pacstrap /mnt base elogind libelogind eudev eudev-libudev
udev-init-scripts

pacman gives preference to those instead of their systemd counterparts

base-devel doesn't depend on it at all. The thing is that systemd is
inside it, but the group itself doesn't have any direct dependency on
it. To install base-devel, one just have to pass --ignore to the systemd
pkgs
