[Assist] Can't update on a fresh install

Thanks for the tip.

When refreshing keys one at a time, as you suggested, I get this:

==> ERROR: The key identified by 3B94A80E50A477C7 could not be found
locally.

Same error for all 3 keys. It looks like the problem may be on my own
system rather than the keyserver.
