[Assist] Testing Cyrillic А Б В тест

Privet!
Not good - the letters in the subject display fine, but in the body of the
letter I get question marks. Mutt tells me that both attachments to email are
'Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii, Encoding: 7bit'.
