[Assist] qemu VS virt-manager

In qemu, my network work but in virt-manager it doesnt work.  In qemu, 
I have no mouse cursor in my guest, but everything else work. It show 
in the bash, this line: qxl_cursor: not implemented: type 1  Its seem 
to be a bug that has patch for it, but I don't what to patch with.

I would prefer use virt-manager but qemu could be fine with a mouse 
cursor.
