i dont have a list of ordered steps for you but i can say that is
exactly what the wiki is for - if the wiki does not explain it very
well, then the wiki should be updated to be more clear so people do not
need to ask for personal assistance - there is even a dedicated section
of the bug tracker for addressing problems or discrepancies with the
wiki

also anything missing from the parabola wiki may very well be on the
arch wiki - thats the first place i would look if anything were wrong
with the parabola wiki
