there is no problem with multiple OS on the same machine - if it were me
i would put both OS on the first disk and save the second disk for home
or data - GRUB is smart enough to detect other installed OS and make
them available as long as the disks are readable when you update GRUB

if you install each OS on a separate disk then it would not matter which
bootloader you use - you could select the boot device from your EFI menu
