[Assist] two hard drive

 I have two hard drive, one 500 Go and another one 240 Go SSD. Can't I install on each a different OS. I will like to boot them in UEFI. If I use Grub to do it...what should I worry about. Can I just install Parabola on one and whait to later to Install the second. And just have to replace or add some text to make it work thru boot.
