[Assist] Grub menu artwork

the image that jonathan is referring to is something i showed him on IRC
a few days ago - it is still only in the 'parabola-artworks' package - i
have extracted the new user skel and desktop environment tweaks out of
the parabolaiso package and into a new package 'parabola-laf' - the
'grub2-theme-gnuaxiom' git repo has been merged into the
'parabola-artworks' package and copied into the 'parabola-laf' package;
and that version includes that new GRUB background with the gnu, bola,
and freedo characters

the 'parabola-laf' package serves as a default for some graphical
elements such as the GRUB menu and desktop wallpapers - the parabola-laf
package is installed standard on the desktop systems - so that
particular GRUB image will not be installable as an individual package
like 'grub2-theme-gnuaxiom' is

if you would like to use that new image today you would need replace it
it manually

$ wget -O GNUAxiom.png
https://git.parabola.nu/artwork.git/plain/grub-themes/GNUAxiom/GNUAxiom-Parabola.png?h=official/2018
$ sudo mv GNUAxiom.png /boot/grub/themes/GNUAxiom/GNUAxiom.png
