[Assist] pacman --overwrite does not work

Hello, dear supporters. :-)

I follow instructions for upgrade:

But it does not work.

Every order of arguments:
pacman -Syu --overwrite "/usr/lib/libutf8proc.so.2"
pacman --overwrite "/usr/lib/libutf8proc.so.2" -Syu
pacman --overwrite "/usr/lib/libutf8proc.so.2" -Syu --overwrite
"/usr/lib/libutf8proc.so.2"

gives the same error:
error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
libutf8proc: /usr/lib/libutf8proc.so.2 exists in filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

Please, where is the problem?
