[Assist] old Parabola version; signatures; checksums

that ISO was replaced recently with an updated one - i have atteched the signature file parabola-openrc-2017.09.30-dual.iso.sig to this message

can you tell me why you would want to use the older ISO? is there anything that it does differently than the new one?
