Having the log is the first step to fix that.

I don't know if there are any Nouveau developers on this mailing list,
so the next step could be to:
1) Look if there is already a bugreport for the same issue for nouveau
   in nouveau bug tracker. Since you have the logs, you can search
   there with strings found in your logs such as "fifo: write fault at"
2) If no similar bug exists, try to bugreport there.
