[Assist] Hyperbola

I have recently heard about "Hyperbola" and searched for it. Only one of the four or so URLs, provided by the search engine , worked. There is an *.Iso available on the site  and its hardware requirements are really minimal. But further details are not available 

Is this really under development? Where does one go to learn more about this?
