[Assist] Migration from Hyperbola

Hello.

I have installed Hyperbola, but I changed my opinion, because it lacks
simple Mandatory access control systems like AppArmor, TOMOYO, etc...

So I want to migrate to Parabola.

I have created simple guide from

It is made very simple by analogy, therefore it probably contains errors:
