If your problem is specific with Andreas's key:

# pacman-key --lsign andreas.grapentin at hpi.uni-potsdam.de

if that doesn't work:

# pacman-key --edit-key andreas.grapentin at hpi.uni-potsdam.de
gpg> trust
(choose 5)
gpg> save
