[Assist] signature problems with latest updates...help/guidance please.

The strange thing is that the update worked fine on another computer 
(without any intervention)...

The news on Parabola's homepage should be fixed anyway:

   $ sudo pacman -S parabola-keyring
   $ sudo pacman -S pacman-key --refresh-keys

to

   $ sudo pacman -S parabola-keyring
   $ sudo pacman-key --refresh-keys
