[Assist] Cannot upgrade/install/use icecat or iceweasel

This is making me unable to work atm. I can't even use iceweasel. Here's
what happened:

me ~ $ pac -Syu

me ~ $ pac -R icecat

Then  pac -Syu succeeded, then I did:

me ~ $ pac -S icecat

dependencies:
      icecat

No pacnew files to update.

I just need a pointer or something to help me figure out how I can fix
it. I suspect it might be a packaging issue? What do you think?
