[Assist] toxic-git needs rebuilding

When I run "toxic" from the package "toxic-git", I get

toxic: error while loading shared libraries: libvpx.so.1: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory

I guess the package needs rebuilding to link to libvpx.

"toxic-git" is in the pcr.
