[Assist] Problem loading acpi_call and tp_smapi kernel module

I compared the output of
modprobe --dump-modversions "$path_to_module_file" | grep module_layout
using different built-in modules and then the tp_smapi module, and I
can confirm that there's a version mismatch between tp_smapi and the
others. The module_layout version must match exactly for the kernel to
accept loading a module. However this is also happening in Arch using
their blobed kernel and their tp_smapi package, which suggests me that
this is an upstream problem, not unique to Parabola.
