[Assist] Original Oracle/Sun Java on ParabolaGNUlinux?

there I get an advice that I must uninstall all Java versions and can only
have the original Oracle/Sun Java installed.

"For many flavours of Linux goes that you should un-install ALL Java
versions and only have the original Oracle/Sun Java installed."

This is not the ParabolaGNU way, right?

Is the Oracle/Sun Java free software?
Can I install it on my ParabolaGNUlinux system so my system remain totally
free?
