[Assist] How to resolve conflicts?

Hi,
I'm not very knowledgeable about pacman.
How to resolve these conflicts?
# pacman -S util-linux

Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.
I'm still [1] running from this stick (mounted rw). That's why I don't
really want to upgrade lots of packages etc.
